Thursday Three

First and foremost, I’m loving the fact that:

The election is over. It’ll take a few weeks for everything to simmer down, I’m sure, but I’m just over like

I don’t like Clinton, or Trump, or {MINDS BLOWN} Johnson. I should’ve just written in my dad. But, at the end of the day, we’re friends and family so if we could just get back to arguing about Starbucks cups and which bathroom to use, that’d be great.

Leggings. More specifically, some I found at Walgreens. I was there picking up last minute Halloween costume items when these caught my eye. It was the *2 for $10* that actually caught my eye. They are SO SOFT. I felt a friend’s Lularoe leggings and I swear, the ones I found at Walgreens are just as soft to the touch.

I bought a black pair & the coral.

NOW…full disclosure: I’ve never owned Lululemon or Lularoe {we’ve already established that I’m a tight wad, right?} but I am IN. LOVE. with these leggings. They’re comfortable, high waisted, soft, not transparent–everything I’ve been looking for in a pair of leggings. I bought two solid colors because I get totally overwhelmed every time I try to pick out a pair that is printed with design. I don’t know what’s wrong with me guys. It’s kinda like when I go in Hobby Lobby. I LOVE everything. I get a million ideas. I put everything in my cart. Then I find something else I LOVE. I love them both and I love all of it. Then I totally freak out and get overwhelmed and leave without anything. Then come home and complain that my house is ugly. This is also why it’s taken me so long to buy good makeup. It’s not just the money. It’s allllll the choices and I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO WHY ARE YOU PRESSURING ME LIKE THIS

Mixing & Matching. I’m a pretty matchy-matchy person when it comes to clothing but I’m trying to retrain my brain. So I did something that made me super uncomfortable and I’m still not sure I did it right. Spare me the ridicule and just say it’s cute, regardless of what you think. Y’all. I put a plaid scarf with a striped shirt. You know, like on Pinterest except minus the flowing blonde hair and thigh gap.
